At VIER Antwerp, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your items aren't quite right, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided they are in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email with your order number and the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization and the correct shipping address.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags remain intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Send the package back to our Antwerp flagship store using a tracked shipping service; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
